Hello! I am Sandra Lucia Morales Lourido, a Realtor® at Keller Williams Capital Realty, serving Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, South Miami, and the neighboring areas.

I understand from personal experience what it means to make an inadequately educated real estate decision, along with the family and financial implications that come with it. This happened before I chose to change careers and get into real estate. That's why, when I began this exciting career, I committed to do all in my power to keep my clients informed.

What differentiates me?

I combine my academic studies in industrial engineering and an MBA, with a background in consumer goods, consulting, and media industries to serve my clients based on an in-depth understanding of their needs. I strategize creatively to present the best alternatives that the local real estate market has to offer, backed up by hard data, statistics, trends, and local nuances of the specific neighborhoods, and of course the properties. Having only one goal in mind: to acquire or sell the property in the location that best meets and, ideally, exceeds the client's personal and financial objectives.

Each customer is a new universe to me, and my work extends much beyond the transaction. I want to know your actual dreams, understand your needs, and assist you in making the best decisions not just for today, but also for the future.

I speak Spanish, English, and some Portuguese, so we may talk in the language that is most comfortable for you. I use technology to benefit you, but I never forget that behind every piece of information is a human being with hopes and dreams.

My commitment is simple: there will be no loose ends in your transaction, and I am not here to sell you a house or "hunt you" as a seller.

When I'm not assisting families like yours, you can find me walking our dog around my neighborhood, identifying birds with Cornell's "Merlin" app, or researching regenerative agriculture to persuade my father to join me on the adventure. Nature and prayer inspire me to continue my quest of being a little more humble each day and a better "mama", daughter, sister, "Tia mi", daughter-in-law, so that I may give my family and the people I come across the best of me.
